What do you look for when I wish to Sell my Property Fast?

Will you use a RICS Surveyor to Value my Home?

For all our property transactions a member of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) will need to appraise your home. They will do this to establish the true 100% market value of your house and to also determine if there are any structural issues that need addressing. Our offers are always very Black and White and our final offer will be set in stone based upon the surveyors market value.
