What data do we hold about you?

What do we do with your data once it has been entered onto our website?
- We retain a copy of your data electronically, for our records.
- We transfer your data to our partner company.
How long do we keep your data for?
- We keep your data for a minimum of 12 months but an absolute maximum of 6 years.
- We only hold your data for as long as is absolutely necessary.
- In each case, the length of time that we hold onto an individual’s data for, will be different.
- This is because we may need to retain data longer if there is a dispute, to stop fraud or to comply with our legal obligations as a company.
Who do we share your data with?

- Under certain circumstances, your data may be shared with agents or subcontractors of the company.
- In rare circumstances, we may be required to share your data with a law enforcement agency upon their request.
